From the Author: I’ll once again be blogging the SoS (Spoonful of Sugar) Festival. SoS is a charity event that supports Doctors Without Borders. Welcome to the Spoonful of Sugar Festival! This Fall we bring to you the fourth of these very successful festivals for the benefit of MSF/Doctors Without Borders.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare.
