Three Twisted Knots

For those of you who don’t know me in real life, I collect tarot cards. I’ve been doing this since I was a teenager, and while it’s been an on-again, off-again obsession of mine for all these years, I probably have forty or fifty decks upstairs in my study.

So imagine my delight when I found the Create Your Own Tarot event! This month, they’re concentrating on the Fool, the beginning of the Major Arcana, numbered 0, and the organisers aim to do one event based on each of the Major Arcana cards each month!

That is an ambitious goal, and I look forward to helping them fulfil it by going there every month and supporting the event.

Connected with this event, there is also a photo competition. I know, I know, I’m always entering these photo competitions, and I never win, but I have a lot of fun entering them anyway. So I’ll post some additional photos, just to show off: you can enter up to six photos per avatar (one that doesn’t use anything from the event and five that do), so I’ve tried to create six separate Fool personalities. These aren’t the photos I’ll be submitting for the contest, but they give you an idea of what I was working with.
