Cranberry Cove: Chance Encounter

I was walking along, arguing with some Neanderthal on my phone, who kept trying to convince me TS Eliot was some kind of pagan icon. What an idiot. Almost got flattened by a cyclist. Tripped on to the pavement, tried to finish the argument (why? why do I do these things?) then noticed there were like three women staring at me.

Two of them left quickly for some concert, but I stayed to talk to the third one, Teri.

It was a fun conversation. She seems nice. And normal. And not trying to get into my knickers. We are having a fun text conversation.

Wow, did I make a friend? I think maybe I did.
